Gee whiz I sounded like a zombie. Probably looked like one too. Had battled allergies or whatever for two weeks prior the Challenge, and the between the crazy weather, camping, and the "short" drive home.. A week later and the allergy garbarge is still kicking my tail.
Your howling wind is blwoing stuff my way. Rain today and tomorrow, and then it will have blown everything out so it can dry out for another caching weekend.
Astronut42 better plan on going to the mailbox a bunch of times this week to empty it. Sounds like a feature Groundspeak and the other listing services should consider adding.
Sandy - your Dad will be just fine. Just needs to listen to the doctors, and if doesn't have a hobby that will keep him occupied in one spot, then find him two or three. And if that doesn't work your caching buddies have plenty of duct tape..... |

Listed to the show last night, another good one
Plus, my piece of news about the people trashing caches in the UK got read out!
This leads on to my next point, about the question about premium caches. I make all my caches premium, to avoid people such as the GROup for the Environment viewing them on the map with a basic membership, so it stops people like them seeing where they are. I do, however, feel quite sorry for non-premium members, like you said; they simply can't view them. My thought is better safe than sorry I do leave my puzzle caches view able to all.
Hoping for the best for your father too Sandy, I'm sure he will be fine _________________

Thanks for featuring the geocaching heatmaps. I've got four requests so far for heatmaps and have sent them to the requestors:
Louisville, KY
Glen Arbor, MI
Fresno, CA
Dunedin, New Zealand
Glad to hear Sandy's dad is out of the hospital. |

Glad to hear your dad is on the mend. Anyways, regarding PMO caches, my main reasoning is to prevent theft. My previous caches went missing after a few weeks and were not PMO's. The current trio of active caches are PMO' and have been active for more than a year. Beaufort, South Carolina has had a bad rep for intentional muggles, which means someone had been watching for new caches and then stealing them.
My biggest obstacle is finding a location for new caches _________________ Steve "supplier"
