I had a police cruiser pull up to me back in the 90's while I was walking through Cabrini Green. The cop yelled at me that I had no business walking through there and needed to get out immediately. I figured he was offering a ride, but he said, "No way! I'm not opening my door!" and sped off. Thanks, buddy! _________________ Geocaching: Our best family day ever!

I'll hop on board for the 100 pushups.
Does this mean that Sonny and Sandy are the new Hanz and Franz?
"I'm Sonny"
"And I'm Sandy"
"And Weeah heeah to paump you up!"
About a year and a half ago I set a goal to run in a 5k race. And I found a program called From the Couch to 5K in 2 months at this site:
http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml
It helped me out a ton, and I was able to finish under 30 minutes. I ran in one this year as well and actually came in first in my age division (I'm not fast, I think I may have been the only male in that age division. In fact the female in my age division kicked my tail!) But I did win a free overnight stay at a Hotel in Park City! So it was definately worth my $10 entry fee.
Great show again this week. |
