I get it out of the way before breakfast. That way I don't have to think about it all day. I have a feeling that in a couple of weeks I may not be eating breakfast until noon. |

Okay, I was reviewing this program a bit after doing my initial test (15 push ups if anyone is counting). And I read about the exhaustion tests. I guess they are after even numbered week.
When are you supposed to do this??? I can't seem to understand this part. I plan on a Mon, Wed, Fri, schedule. So, I am guessing that this is to be done at either Sat or Sun. But if you do it on Sat there is not rest day in between the end of week two and the exhaustion test. If you do it on Sun then there is not rest before you start on week 3.
Okay, I am sure that I am making too much out of this, but I want to get peoples thoughts. _________________

I would say Saturday.
After a week of this, my arms and stomach are already used to it enough that I'm not wincing in pain the next day. So, my thoughts are after two weeks, I'll be strong enough to do Day 3 of Week 2, then on Saturday try for an all-out attempt.
That'll probably drop me where I need the rest on Sunday in order to change columns on Monday.
That's what my plans are anyway. |

I'm with NevadaWolf on this one. I plan on doing the exhaustion test on Saturday afternoon which might give my arms a little more rest from Friday.
It will be interesting to see how far I've come along. I can already tell that my strength is increasing. |

Okay, today was W1D1 for me. I barely, sort of, did, if you count the last one, did the last 7 of the 3rd column....
I was about to collapse after 6, so I rested on my knees for just a second or two, then I eeked out push-up number 7. I don't know if I had psyched myself out or what, but I am going to count it. I may have to repeat week 1 next week, if I have similar issues with D2 and D3. _________________

Hey, do we get a day off for Labor Day? Aren't push ups considered labor?
Okay, okay, I'll do it. |

WAY TO GO PEOPLE! Remember it's all about personal achievement. Give it a go and stick with it, you're bound to see some improvement. I just finished Day 1 of Week 2. The first day was not too bad. I'll even be sticking with this as we hike up to Half Dome on our Yosemite trip! _________________ Have you found it yet? |
