I had so much fun at GW7. I had already told my wife that the people I wanted to meet most at GW7 was Team Podcacher, and I got the chance!
Thanks for all you do for geocaching and your podcasts.
Thanks for taking a few moments of your time to say hello and take a photo.
I enjoyed the latest installment, I was really interested in the "Find Me" movie interview. I went to facebook to make sure you get a $1 for it. |

Great show and I hope you guys had fun in Bellbuckle, Tenn. I about died laughing as my buddy gebskab related his adventure on getting to GW. I still remember the first time I ran into gebskab while out caching and I knew he'd be a cacher for life. I hope you had fun in GW as well Greg! Glad you could make it out there.
I'm also interested to see how that "Findme" movie pans out. I'll be honest. The movie looks a little hokey to me, but it's about caching so I guess it's got to be alright. Thanks for the great show as always! |

Yes, those are round bales. I have relatives in southern Washington state that make slightly smaller round bales, except they then turn it into silage.
What they do different is that they then wrap them in plastic, so that the bales ferment. It helps them to stay good longer, and (apparently) it tastes better to the cows, too.
It's very interesting to see the silage bales stacked up in a filed, because the plastic wrap is white, so it looks like there's a huge pile of marshmallows sitting out in a field with a bunch of cows! _________________

Makes me think of the Staypuft Marshmallow Man. ...
Just imagine trying to toast these over a campfire ...

hay bales are blast to play on when you are kid. my grandparents would have them lined up against the fence line and spaced just far enough apart that it took a double dare to jump from bale to bale. i bet one would make an evil hiding spot for a needle shaped nano cache. . . .
i think sonny needs to spend a little time in the country. . . . come on- fried okra is not unusual- its just another side that goes great with green bean casserole and creamed corn. have you ever had fried pickles? mmm mmm good! |
