Downloading now. More Geocaching goodness.
We have a cache like the one Knight2000 created out here in the OC. I won't give out the name. But I was laughing when I found it.
Thanks Triple S _________________

Any normal Monday, I would be sitting here, eating my breakfast and listening to PodCacher...but my in-laws are visiting. I am not sure they would appreciate being woken up this early. Guess I have to wait until I get home from work. |

Yay! I guessed koala. BTW - the article you linked to is written by Abbie Thomas, who works in the office next to me. Glad to see you guys linking to my work's website.

FYI: Sandy and I will be "going dark" for a few days. It's our anniversary week, and we're going to take a bit of time off from the social networking. Be back soon. _________________ Have you found it yet? |

I never would have guessed Koala! That would be weird to hear while walking on the trail. I hope someday to get the chance.... caching in Australia would be a dream vacation!
Great show, as always SS&S! |

Here is the sound I found for the javelina. You will probably see why I guessed javelina versus the fierce and ferocious koala. Sounds a lot alike. |

Following up on the rant: if a cache remains unmaintained for a while, should you file a Needs Archived log?

Hi Everyone, I'm new here, although I've been listening to the excellent podcacher podcast for some weeks now.
I loved the way the pictures of the Koalas didn't even give me a clue that they made that noise.. very clever.
I also loved the story of the Vienna tb hotel in the micro brewery. I went there a couple of years ago before a client dinner and though the cache was the coolest thing ever. It was disabled for a while so I never managed to go back there, glad it's back up again. |
