Show notes are now posted. Thanks for all the good wishes. I had a rough night but am feeling a bit better now. Sean and I are still trying to get this stomach bug out of our system. So far, Sonny is still OK.

Another town that ties in with both the weird town names and Cache Valley discussions is Micro, NC, vonveniently located just off I-95.
