Has anyone ever seen or used any of the components from the GearPod system?
In a nutshell they are a modular system of "jars" and lids where the length of the jar can vary, but the lids are a consistent size. Jars come in 4 lengths. They are designed as gear stashes for hikers so they have to be rugged. Lids are threaded with O-rings, so they would probably be waterproof. They are clear so it avoids the pipe bomb look. You can also do connectors to make separated compartments, so a small compartment for the log book, a larger one for swag? These seem like ideal caching containers. Has anyone ever seen one, or used one for either its intended purpose or otherwise? I'm curious if they are as good as they look. _________________ My Blog!
