Yes, right now it is all about the numbers. Or in this case, THE number - # 342! And let's analyze the number. If we break down 342, we get 3 and 42. The number 3 is associated with perfection. The number 42 is associated with the answer to life. So is this show #342, all about geocaching, the perfect answer to life? We'll leave that for the listner to decide....
PS - No pressure..... =8-O |

I listened to it while creating the page for a puzzle cache. I may not really suck at geocaching, but I pull a black hole kind of vacuum at HTML. Everything I've learned of HTML has been from geocaching. So there's something else educational about geocaching. |

I've been intrigued with finding active phone booths (actual booths) as urban relics and have listed a number of caches at ones I've found.
I'd started a Phone Booth Project series on GC.com, and had others add to the series around the country. The link will take you to my bookmark list, including some other Phone Booth caches.
I've continued the series at OpenCachingUS with...
PBP - Gettysburg, PA
PBP - Chambersburg, PA
Unfortunately, many on GC.com have since gotten archived as the booths get removed. Sometimes, I wonder if the caches and increased traffic have, ironically, led to to people near them noticing increased traffic and calling to get them removed.
If anyone would like to add to the series or knows about other Phone Booth caches, let me know and I'll add them to the list. _________________ Dave

I get a lot of my html code from stuff other people have written. Then I just add my own material where needed.
Try this: Go to a Webpage and right click your mouse, choose "view source." Copy some html from the webpage, paste it into Notepad. Put the following tags at the top and bottom of the page: <html> (at top) and </html> at the bottom. Save the file with ".html in the name, i.e., webpage.html.
Example:
<html>
<P><center><b>I love the Podcacher Podcast.</b></center></p>
</html>
Go the file you just created and double click on it. It should open in your browser and then appear as a Webpage.
It's fun to play around with html. Have fun and Keep on Cachin' _________________
