Another cool show, but.... One complaint. Sonny - You have got to stop using the word "notorious" instead of "famous" or "well-known." In the words of Inigo Montoya, "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
From Merriam-Webster: generally known and talked of; especially : widely and unfavorably known
From The Free Dictionary: Known widely and usually unfavorably; infamous: a notorious gangster; a district notorious for vice.
and 1. well-known for some bad or unfavourable quality, deed, etc.; infamous |

Just got back from our adventure / journey. Whew! Really weary and tired ...
OK on EWB's comment about notorious. I sympathize with your complaint. I get annoyed at terms too and know what you mean. One of my pet peeves is the term "Hide and Go Seek" when trying to describe Geocaching. I know what the intent is, but for me it's not quite accurate. Geocaching is nothing like the hide and go seek I used to play as a kid.
But to be fair to my mis-use of the term notorious, I found this link: http://j.mp/JAjLXe which defines notorious as: "notable, renowned, celebrated, prominent, conspicuous, famous, widely known" also "rare generally known or widely acknowledged".
But again, I do understand the distinction and will strive to be more grammatically accurate when me can do so ... _________________ Have you found it yet? |

Thanks for this. We didn't have access to Internet at the time or recording that spot to verify. Much appreciated. _________________ Have you found it yet? |

Well that sure beats the the time I found a snake in a cache. Glad this gentleman was found. I am sure his family will get some relief by being able to lay him to rest. |

That's an FTF that Daren Drops will never forget! Thanks for sharing the story and reminder how geocaching enthusiasts are the eyes in the field for law enforcement and other authorities.
Cache on! |

I have always wondered if a cacher had found a body while caching. It is a good thing it wasn't an outing with kids. |
