When you started talking about GC3RBZR Does a Gnome Fart in a Field? I had to start listening closely because it is darn near identical to GC3VY4F Does a Gnome Fart in the Forest? which sadly was recently archived. It will most likely be replaced in a new location. The caches are about 1,700 miles apart, and it doesn't appear from looking atthe logs that the owners have been to each other's caches. Did one of these spawn the other? Did they both come from another? Or did to CO's come up with similar ideas and cache names? It happens all the time with traditionals, but with something like this? Hmmmm. |

Easter Egg Cache. There is/was an Easter Egg Cache in Omaha, NE that had about 40 plastic eggs, but each one had a paper log in it. There was also about 20 Easter eggs hanging in the trees around the cache. You had to find the correct egg with the official log in it in order to get credit for the find.
Luckily for me, I went there right after a geo-event in a nearby town so there was a group of about 20 cachers opening eggs and unrolling logs. |

I was on my own when I found it. and when I did, I didn't know it would rattle until I picked up the right egg, so I actually had to open up all the eggs up to that point. would have been much easier had I known. |
